Our service provides AI-generated meal plans and shopping lists via SMS. You can interact with the AI to adjust your meal preferences by replying to messages. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally make mistakes.

You will receive approximately 2 text messages per week containing meal plans and shopping lists. Additionally, the AI will respond to any messages you send. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
You may opt out at any time by texting "STOP" to unsubscribe. This will also cancel your subscription and trigger deletion of your user data within 14 days.
